Today I Miss You More Than Ever
Today, I miss you more than ever.
Not being able to touch you
And put my arms around you –
Not being able to share
My ideas and dreams with you –
Make today even more lonely
Than yesterday.
Today, I miss you more than ever.
But I’m glad that today
Brings us that much closer
To when we’ll be
Together again.
