Perhaps time has forgotten
How it use to be
When I first looked into your eyes
When I first held you near
As I remember upon looking unto the sky
What God has given me
A fortune I hold in my hand
For I have believed in Him
What precious moment
I've gathered in my heart
To cherish for eternity
For God has promised
That I will see you one day
Here on earth
Or in heaven someday
