RomNote Poetry
Autobiography Poetry
The memories will always last
The memories of my childhood and my past
In the back of my head it would always be there
Memories as a child that last forever
It only seems like yesterday when I was born
A moment of life that I've known
The day my mother conceived me
How happy she was to see me
In her heart was love and joy
A beautiful smile that came to her face
Because of this precious life she gave
to her little angel baby boy
A few years after
and I was a child to be
Nothing but play seemed to matter
and life is yet too big for me to see
More years have gone by
I've learned to step on my own
I also realize how tears on my eyes went by
To a far away land I dreamed of living
A life abundance that God has given
Now I live here in this foreign place
I sought freedom and happiness
I thought it was all I needed to survive
But in my heart there was something else missing
To fill inside that empty space
"Love!" My heart cries...
Then tears fall down my eyes...
